Vorzuge customer support

In March, I purchased a VorzAMP Duo from Vorzuge. I love it.
 
However, I'm having a small problem with the red "charging" light never turning off.
 
Over the past few weeks, I've emailed their customer service several times to ask about the problem. I have yet to receive a response. They're in Germany, so calling isn't an easy option.
 
I feel left in a lurch. Has anyone had any success with Vorzuge's customer service?
