Virgin Pulse VP-HSN-1000: any opinion?

These are new, noise-canceling headphones. Anyone knows anything about them? If they work well, the price at $40. would be right, it seems to me.

I've never heard of these but $40 noise cancelling phones will probably have half the parts budget spent on a crappy circuit, etc. Buy a pair of closed cans from a decent manufacturer and you'll be much happier I promise.
