My uncle just sold his house and is moving and has decided to get out of the vinyl business so I just scored 4 boxes of his records and a (second) VPI record cleaning machine. It's all jazz and classical. Unfortunately his Scout TT went to the new owner of the house along with an incredible system of Thiel speakers, Bryston amps, etc.
Included in the collection are many unplayed 45RPM reissues of jazz masterpieces and lots of original pressings of jazz classics.
One of them is an original pressing of Kind of Blue with the misprints; Adderley is misspelled "Adderly" and the track orders for All Blues and Flamenco Sketches are reversed. It's been played a lot and is far from perfect but kinda cool.
Anyone know what that pressing is worth relative to one without the misprints?
Doubt I would sell it but just curious.
