EDIT: For OS X users, you have to 'show package contents' on your Library/PreferencePanes/SqueezeCenter.prefPane to find the HTML directory.
EDIT2: Sorry a search came up empty earlier, but now that I've dug a little deeper, this theme was was mentioned in this thread previously (though in the wrong forum). The video may be new.
