its not too slow... its a cheapo card because it was my mom's old work computer.

Heres the specs -
Mobo - Intel D875PBZ
CPU - Pentium 4 2.8 ghz
Ram - 1gig, 333mhz
Video - Nvidia GeForce2 MX 100 DDR/200 DDR
Need to check the PSU
OS - Ubuntu 7.04, openSuSE 10.2

i was looking at that card, but its a little pricey, and the ATi drivers for linux arent that good

Well, if you are on Linux, what do you really need a fast GPU for?

And to be honest, I've had less problems with the ATi drivers than the nVidia drivers.

well, i do play open arena, but i can do that at max settings right now, but i can barely run beryl and all those other goodies, and i want to eventually reinstall windoze on my 40 gb drive so i can play rise of legends, and some other games
