... and it was great to have a portable headphone system as our power went out for several hours.

I used my Sony CD3000's for the first time with my pcp (an older one with 15 ma output). It worked really well and I didn't even have to use my TAH as there was plenty of oomph! Nice to listen to music rather than sitting around in silence with nothing to do.

Gotta love this hobby

Yeah, my iPod and Audible audio books have saved me a few times. Also the backlight helps in finding candles!

Yep, speaking of the extra bright LCD. My sharp MD-SS323's indiglo display, and my Meta42 LED, also light up the room whenever I use during the bed time.
