Hey everyone, Aria received a massive update today. I have the tour model back at the shop and will be updating it. Sound signature is exactly the same, but now it's $499 for the universal (instead of $599), comes in Circassian Walnut, includes Comply Isolate and Comfort tips in three sizes, and comes with a soft case instead of the Pelican case.

Sound

ARIA is known for it's legendary extension, both up top and down low. Its sound signature is relaxed and vee-shaped. Sub-bass is smooth and fast with zero-decay. Mids are relaxed and clear. Highs are extended and detailed. Soundstage is wide with good instrument separation.

Aria excels at electronic genres with sub-bass microdetail, but its clarity and extension make it well suited to metal and jazz.

Specs

  1. Circassian Walnut
  2. Smoke SLA shells
  3. 20Hz – 20kHz
  4. 15Ω impedance
  5. 110 dB/mw sensitivity

In the box

  1. Aria earphone
  2. 2-pin detachable cable
  3. Soft case
  4. Comply Isolate and Comfort tips
  5. 2 year warranty

Anyone want to chime in on genres they like with Aria?

They played really well with techno and whatever genre Rhapsody Philharmonic falls under.

If anyone's interested, I'm selling a custom Aria I bought last week to free up some funds because I've bought a few things recently

Speaking of the Maya, just posted up the first set of impressions from the UK tour over on the Head Gear section. I definitely agree that some of the usual faces like @Brooko / @twister6 / @Hisoundfi / @nmatheis should be reviewing these to really get them the exposure that they deserve - these are very impressive IEMs.
