There is a silk screening product that works like my photo etching process, that
is you make a transparency of what you want to print, expose the paper with
UV light...etc. Anyway, it and complete instructions are found here.
I have not tried it yet myself but it look perfect for screening you own boards
and face plates. Maybe you could even make etch resist patterns with it.

yeah, but only here in OZ. I get all sorts of stuff there, main thing I get is copper foil and copper plate. A & E merchants

I was thinking of these guys, myself--I'd order one of their "sample packs" too, to play around with before I messed up a $20-$50 piece of plate.
