I had a very pleasant experience contacting Peachtree Audio for customer service. I had purchased a t1 USB to optical converter a while back, may have been from Audio Advisor but I had long lost the receipt. A few weeks ago the unit would no longer power on. Normally I like to pop things open and break out the soldering iron but I'm not a big fan of playing with SMD chips and the like. I contacted customer service to see if they could fix the unit for me. Christian Ballard promptly replied back, stating they would fix the unit free of charge, no questions asked. A week or so later, the engineer discovered the USB jack had given up the ghost, and replaced it, and now it's back in my hands, better than ever. It's nice to see great customer care in this day and age, especially for a mere $80 product. I look forward to purchasing more Peachtree items in the future based on this positive experience, and wanted to share that they go above and beyond for their customer.
