to replace my worn out leather pad ?

They are AKG part # 2955Z2601 and can be bought for around $13 each (don't remember exactly).

could you please measure the size of the pads. im looking for a replacement for my senn HD465 and they stopped making that pad

Check out your local AKG distributor first. I purchased my K340 pads right off my local distributor (and they happen to be situated near where I live).
