We just need about 10% more funds to cover casework and shipping costs. And thank you everyone who has made this effort a tremendous success!

We are very very close, however we still will probably need more funds. Piltron transformers are pricey! Thank you!

Anyone else want to become part of history, with the Krmathis Beta22 Build Team? The value of those who have made this possible, can not be easily estimated. Priceless?

Let's raise a little more to cover Krmathis's VAT. He pays 25% of the declared value.

The generosity of this forum never ceases to amaze me, building someone a B22 for the sake of doing so is incredible.

About VAT, I thought that you didn't have to pay VAT if it was marked as a gift which isn't that technically what this is, or does VAT differ from ordering something abroad and paying customs.

The limit of what goes without paying VAT is NOK 1,000 (~$200), if declared as gift. NOK 200 (~$40) if not declared as gift.
Anything valued above those limits will get 25% VAT added.

Guys I just remembered, there are some countries in europe where VAT is much less. Spain is 16% if I'm correct and LUxemburg at 15%.

Maybe if we ship to someone in one of those countries which then ships to Norway we might save up to 10% on the VAT, cover the extra shipping cost and still save some bucks. On top of all that, the member that helps with this could audition the amp for a few days.

This depends on the amount that will be declared.

MASantos. That wont help, since Norway is not part of the European Union.
