If you had to choose between gouging your eyeballs out with a kitchen utensil or seeing an endless stream of Value Judgement threads, would you use a fork or a spoon?

Neither. In fact, not even a kitchen utensil. I'll take a Dremel tool...

The fork is the only choice. Why? Try to realize... that there is no spoon.

I am trying to line them up here.
But I see somebody posted in another thread in the middle of my line up.

BTW, I choose a spoon.

Sorry for the intrusion and all the consternation I've caused you, Gents. Someone, just who escapes me at the moment, said, "Small minds talk about other people, mediocre minds talk mainly of things, and great minds speak mostly of ideas." I was just trying to raise the level of discourse.

Just funnin' with you Spad. I have to admit, there's been a few interesting responses to your 5 threads, but I do question the point to asking opinions to hypothetical, impossible-to-come-true scenerios. Besides, even if any of your "what if" scenerios were possible, I don't think anyone could truly answer them unless the situation was right there in front of them. It's like asking "Would you take a bullet for me?" .... it's easy to say yes, but in a real world situation, what people say and what they do can be two different things. I guess what I'm trying to say is, IMO, these threads are pointless.

I really don't have any problem with pointless threads however ... it was just the fast gowing quantity that was getting to me. Most things are good ... in moderation. I know most people can choose to read or ignore any thread ... but we moderators can't.
