  Are there any pictures comparing the shiny to the matte on the shadows? I'v been trawling the internet for a while but can't find anything clear enough to make a good comparison.

Hey guys I have a question. I was thinking about getting the shadow m100's and cant decide what color shields will look the best with them. Cant choose between the gold, red, croc skin red, or crimson red. also this might sound kind of ridiculous but I wanted to get a designer logo engraved in them such as Prada, LV ect... But then again moda in Italian does mean fashion, and I read an article about the CEO and founder of V-Moda who said fashion and looks were just as important to him as was audio quality when he was designing the headphones. But i was wondering if engraving the Prada logo would not be possible because of copy right laws and so on?

They won't do it if the logo is copyrighted. You can however, take the copyrighted photo and modify in a way that is different enough to make it your own. And as for the color, I heard that the regular red looks amazing on the shadow m-100s. I haven't seen any other red on it though so you might want to search around some more.

First time using GIMP and managed to make this design attempt. Thoughts on it? I don't know if I messed up the resolution of the image by scaling it down. What color shield do you guys think this would look great on that would pair well with my M100 matte blacks? Thanks!

Scaling down is not a problem, scaling up introduces artifacts. I don't really know what the design is supposed to be, but it should come out fine. 
 
 Technically, black goes with everything, so just pick your favourite .

I think the design would look really good in orange or purple if you like shiny colors. It would look, however, amazing on brush metal or matte black too.

Definitely orange or brushed metal. I think purple is a bit too intensive for the headphones.
