Had them for half a day now and I don't think I'm going to keep them. Every half hour I have to take them off because the pressure on my ears gets too much to bear. And yes, I've bent the band flat a couple of times. I'm so disappointed since I love how they sound.

This has been stated many times, the pads require some break in. I ,like you, could barely wear my M-100 for more than an hour when I first received them, but after about 10 hours of break in the M-100 became quite comfortable. If you like how they sound then at least give them some more time, especially with the release XL pads on the horizon.

Well, there were many things stated over the course of 1105 pages but I can't catch-up on all of them overnight. Thanks for the heads-up, I will be ordering the XL pads. I just don't want to see myself with a pair of pads and a returned headphone in the end.

Do not return them. They become so much more comfortable after a few hours of break in. I hated wearing mine when I first got them. It was awful. After wearing them for a few hours each day for about 5 days, they became so comfortable that I can now wear them for hours without the slightest discomfort.

I still get some fatigue, but I guess the comfort has improved... I dunno how many hours I've worn them so far, need a fair amount of days for the short period I spend with them to add up. I mean, I take them to work, and only get about half an hour of head-time during break, if they didn't fold up into such a tiny little ball I don't think I'd take them along as much. I do like 'em though, sound wise, so I'll be patient :)

And hence begins the V-MODA headphone takeover of late 2013.

About the comfort of the M-100, i gotta say at the moment my M-100 sits perfectly on my head without making any fatigue or discomfort. When it's new it does make some discomfort, and i really tired with them but after 2 months it comfort improves a lot. I've been wearing them for 4 hours and still can't feel anything yet.

I sent a message to V-Moda about the shipment of my XL pads, and they said that they would be shipping in the next couple weeks, so 2-3 weeks probably. I did preorder them when they were still on the 7-8 week shipment time, but still, they should be shipping in the next couple weeks for all people I would assume.
