Hello,

I own a pair of Sennheiser HD-25's and a bad, old,**** LCD TV. As I have roomies and more a night Person, if I play some Games I mostly try to listen to them with my Headphones on.

TV Headphone Jack > FiiO E11 > Sennheiser HD-25's.

Now that still leaves me with static noise and also it drains the battery so hard its not even funny (have to have it plugged in somehow).

Is there a way to avoid the static noise ?

Note: The sound Input to my TV is component. (maybe use the white and red cable, get an adapter to 3.5 mm and put that into the E11 to avoid static!?)

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you!

Is there a way to plug your games console audio line out directly to your amp?
That should fix it.
Otherwise, cheap TVs have notoriously bad headphone outs - probably the worst.

I'm afraid I don't know a work around for that as I'm a PC gamer and don't own a console.
Hopefully some of the console gamers here know a good solution.
