I have a WireWorld Gold Starlight 7 digital/coaxial cable that I used with a re-clocking device. I'm not using the re-clocker anymore but do need RCA interconnects.

Q: Can I just buy another Starlight 7 and use the 2 as RCA/analog cables?

A coaxial cable and regular RCA cable both function the same.
Guess you could say a coaxial cable is just a thicker then normal RCA cable, with extra shielding.

Digital coax cables just have a 75ohm standard, different core conductor type, and sometimes different shielding, but no problem using these as RCA cables. Technically speaking, analogue RCA are also co-axial in construction.

Or, well, generally, no problem. In some cases though the sound can be a little weird. Some brand I forgot that I found for less than Klotz digital coax sounded different from their mic cable or any other cable when used for analogue - bass and vocals were hollow, like there was a giant dip from 50hz to 1000hz. Was never a problem with Belden, Canare, etc.

Since I have no idea how exactly that Starlight 7 will do, and you're not willing to gamble, why not just:

1. Buy whatever RCA analogue pair you can get for the price of the Starlight 7.

2, Post it in the Trading forum and see if you can get a trade for an RCA pair.
