Is there a significant drop in quality when using a DAP (such as FiiO 7 Mk2) as an external DAC for something like a Jotunheim or Lyr 3 as opposed to using a something like Bifrost or Modi? I see quite a few DAP's that advertise that capability but I have not read a lot about the results from an end user standpoint.
