Used Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 worth it?

I want awesome sound quality for music for under $100.
I do game a lot but I have a gaming headset for that (tritton ax720), plus audio quality while gaming is not that important to me as i normally just play music anyways.
 
I love bass since I mostly listen to dubstep and the like.
 
Is the ProMedia a well built system that can be trusted used (from a reputable reseller)?
And are there any other systems I should consider that fit the music quality+bass priority that I have?
