USB PCIe Cards

I am running out of USB slots and I thinking of getting a dedicated USB PCIe card for audio outputs.

Both the Clones Audio Shaar & MA X-Hi meet my budget. I especially like the MA X-Hi, with it's external power supply and the ability to turn all power off. Anyone here with experience with these USB cards?

Usb standby power is a bios or a jumper setting in the computer and only applied to the ports soldered on the motherboard. Cards don't have usb standby power..

Thanks drtechno. Newegg doesn't ship to my location... I could get either of these 2 cards locally, at pretty much the same price as the Startech card ordered from the US with international shipping.
Considering these two are touting audiophile qualities, I kinda narrowed down my choices. They are no SOtM or JCAT but considering the prices they are selling at, I will be happy if they work as advertised.
I just can't figure which of the two.

oh I'm sure they would work. They are geared for using with any audio interfaces, even the cheap ones that do not have the power conditioning built into the usb audio interface.
