Hello all!

I would like to get an USB dac instead of my poor onboard audio for my pc.
I found Sabre U2, but I also read that its not a good match with the GR07BE.
What about the Musiland Mini 01?
Anything else, under ~60USD? (used okay too)

Thanks

no matter what anyone says, driving headphones straight from a dac is not recommended.  You'd need an amp to go along with it.  hifimediy or stoner accoustics makes good cheap dacs.

And which is the cheapest recommended amp? If the Sabre u2 isnt good for the GR07BE what would be?
GR07BE IEM ~ 40ohm. I have to stay under 80USD.

you could get a fiio

sure you could get them even cheaper at the for sale forums here.  I saw an audioengine d1 for 95 at the forums.  it'd fit your needs and i think would be better overal than the fiio's.

the fiios can be used as a portable amp along with ipods, while the audioengine can only be used with the computer.
