Hi guys, I have a KZ ZSR and a TY HI-Z 32ohm earbud.
I am looking for a DAC/AMP around the price range of 30-40 usd. I have narrowed down to something like the walnut v2s and Zishan Z2.
I have one question, do I need to be concerned about the output impedence of the player? I know these 2 have 100 ohm output impedence, which doesn't satisfy the 1/8 impedence rule and I might experience some roll off in the LF region. Also, i read that this is one of the comment:
I can't use zsr on z1 or Walnut v2 as players, distortion and volume is too much, they work like amps better but still you have to turn volume up past 35-40 percent and at that point they get a bit of hiss. It's better in the z3, less hiss and lower volume
Not to mention that I found this thread which sort of says that certain IEM does not play well with high impedence and coupling capacitor which the Zishan Z2 have.

So, is the Zishan Z2 good enough or is there a better choice out there?
