Looks like DC02 is much less power than DC01, please correct if i am wrong.

DC01 , 113mW @ 32ohm ... which is equivalent to 1.9 Vrms
DC02, 0.9Vrms @ 32ohm (as published), which is equivalent to 25mW only.

what's DC02 benefit?

Here is almost all info about DC02.
Its sad. I expected approximately same specs as DC01 but 3.5 out. Well, DC02 looks more cheaper, worst specs and not such great cable. Cant wait reviews to know something about sound.

Why would you expect the same power? It's unbalanced so that output looks roughly correct (usually 4x the power into balanced, not double as suggested earlier). The 'benefit' of the DC02 is quite clear - for those who want use gear with unbalanced 3.5mm connectors without purchasing new cables or re-terminating existing cables.

So it seems the DC01 does not show up as a native DSD DAC and I can only get it to play DSD files over PCM. Has anyone successfully played back native DSD with the DC01?

Yeah it is planar boy. But it is pretty easy to drive and tbh I can't really tell a difference between my fioo and phone when I listen, fioo is maybe a bit better. Also fioo is 1.7vrms and dc01 is 1.9vrms so extra voltage wouldn't hurt

Also could someone explain me how balanced cables work because I am looking some for my M1060C and kinda wonder, a lot of ppl claim that their cable is balanced but the ends that plug into headphone only have one pole (just like original monoprice cable).
