Or whatever happens. It works now.

I am playing a DSD64 file using bit perfect mode.
The USB DAC only knows 44.1k(48k)/16 bit.
UAPP displays "USB DAC:44.1 DSF: DSD 2.8MHz 1 bit" and plays the music. You can hear it.
What is happening here?
If I play a 24bit/96k file in bit perfect mode, UAPP displays an error: cannot do downsampling to 48k.

Hi, i am using BubbleUpnp on device 1 as a remote to control UAPP on device 2. Everything seem to be smooth but the only issue is album arts (cover) disappear. I embed jpg pic on each song and they all show up on UAPP. How to get them on BubbleUpnp too?

It worked in the past, but like i wrote above, there was an issue in phone itself for many month. I am happy that i works again now.
It also works with android 11, tested it before update to 12. But it was another issue, nothing to do with the android os.

Yep - I definately got the bug now! I have read a lot about the: -

GUSTARD DAC-X16 MQA Two ES9068AS Balanced Full Decoding XU216 Processor OLED Screen High-Performance Audio Decoder

This obviously does the MQA Rendering but I wonder if this piece of kit is as good, worse or better than what I have at present - please see this post for info: -

https://www.head-fi.org/threads/usb...usb-audio-support-for-android.704065/page-316 In particular: -

The DAC is this one: - https://nl.aliexpress.com/item/32895957403.html - it is the "Gold Bundle 2" kit, the one with the Muses8920 OpAmps, Amanero Combo384 USB card and the Sabre ES9038PRO DAC. The USB card has been upgraded to a Singxer C-1, together with an ISO REGEN with a Linear PSU.

What's yours or anyone's thoughts please? And I presume the ISO REGEN/PSU would still add value if I purchase the GUSTARD?

Thanks

Try sideloading it.

Where can I find the apk? Everywhere I see online looks questionable.

That's because it's a paid app. Online sources are indeed questionable and potentially hacked. Just contact @Davy Wentzler and ask what's up. It's a brand new phone so maybe that's the issue.

I sideloaded from my pixel 3xl apk. The app opens and closes. Is anyone else having this issue?

It's a 4x split apk. Depending on how you side-loaded it, you may have missed some of the components. Is the file 14 MB?

I mostly enjoyed using UAPP over the past 3 years. But yesterday I switched to Bubble UPnP. The recent changes to UAPP are just don't work with what I'm trying to achieve. Bubble is far more versatile. I'm using it as a front end for Qobuz and streaming to my desktop computer audio setup. Bubble is more feature rich and intuitive to use. I know this an apples to oranges comparison. UAPP is more of a local player. I just don't care to play music off my phone unless I'm traveling and I'm not doing much of that these days.
