Ok, I'm catching up on the thread, it seems there are 4 models?

1) OG Beryllium v1 - 1st batch, black box, highly praised, bass-head, front-vent material is cotton-ish (white) color, poor MMCX connectors, price was ~$39
2) OG Beryllium v2 - 2nd batch (?), black box, highly praised, bass-head, front-vent material is cotton-ish color, decent MMCX connectors, price was $59
3) Noble metals (Aluminum-magnesium alloy -- ty Slater) - Black box, not as bass-head as the Be, impossible to figure out if you have this version without messing the grill (and even though it'd be harder).
4) Beryllium v3 - White box, more bass-head than V1-2 (judging Makahl's graph), front-vent material is black, different cable with a chin slider, MMCX still faulty for some, price is $69.

Eh, the IT00 or NA2 seems a better deal since at least you know what you're getting.

The noble metal is an aluminum-magnesium alloy.

Not titanium (that was just a guess/passing comment by a popular YouTube reviewer, but the misinformation seems to have stuck).

On Amazon I see two variants:

Linsoul has a black strain relief and heartbeeps has a clear strain relief. Does that in any way distinguish WTH you're buying ?

UF is available in 2 ‘colors’, where the only difference is the cable. One color is ‘grey’ (using the cable you have on top), and the other color is ‘pink’ (using the copper cable you have on bottom).

The darker grey cable is what I got in black boxes, one was as is with metal mmcx housings and the other one with plastic mmcx housings. The lighter grey cable is what I got in a white box. I wouldn't count on these pics to tell what you're going to get however.

I got the light grey cable in the white box too, as do some other people from Youtube unboxing videos. So, I'm positive that you always get the light grey cable with the white boxes, if you choose for the grey cable (there is also a pink cable). The dark grey cables come with the black boxes.

I have the IT01 too. It's nice and pleasant to listen to but it's not on level technically with the UF or the IT01s IMO (Graphene vs Beryllium and CNT/DLC hybrid).

It's been a while I haven't listened to the IT01S but I'm pretty certain it doesn't have the kind of bass the UF has, treble might be better however, not sure though.

Have just been listening to the YBF iss014 and the iBasso it00. The YBF is a great IEM, but the it00 is better. More involving and more musical. There is nothing negative to say about the iss014, but the iBasso it00 is just better. But if I hadn't heard the it00 it wouldn't matter because the YBF is amazing. But for SUB-BASS heads the YBF, is still the best. For everything else the it00 is the best.

I received a pair from the official Urbanfun Amazon store today. They were shipped last week and arrived in the black box. However they have the new cable with the slider.
Do you think I got ripped or are they the new version?
I'm no expert, but honestly I'm pretty happy with the sound, and the bass is solid.
