I'm after some suggestions on what IEM I should buy next. I absolutely love the sound of the Sound Magic E10s it has to be said, but I suffer from a load of cable noise when I move around with them. If you sit still they sound fantastic for the money, but yes I think I picked the wrong pair of sound magics with daft shiny black pvc style cable, I suspect that's why mine are so noisy when moving.

I'm unsure as to whether to get another pair of these in a different cable colour with the hope of getting rid of the movement noise, or whether I should use the opportunity to upgrade! The most important things for me? Price under £40/$50 unless they're something really special, comfort and little to no cable noise whilst walking down the street!

Do you use the E10s with the cable hanging down or over ear?  Best to use them with the cable over the ear if you are not doing it already. I don't think that the E10 has much cable noise and I would have problems suggesting any  IEM that has significantly less cable noise.

Edit: You did not mention if you used the cable clip that came with the E10. Using it might also help a little.

I suggest the Vsonic VSD1 for about $50 with free shipping from http://www.lendmeurears.com/

It's supposed to have 80% of the SQ of Vsonic GR07. I know a forumer here who upgraded from E10 to GR07 and he finds it far better than his E10.
