Hi all, long time lurker/reader.

I just upgraded to the Emotiva BasX to pair with my HD-650s and have to say it's a very nice upgrade. The overall sound is much fuller.

I have a SBZ connected using the "front" jack to the emotiva, and it sounds pretty damn good so far. How much am I going to notice the difference from a different DAC? Is the SBZ DAC "good enough?"

Thanks in advance!

I'm using the original Micca origin with the pre out that's adjustable with the volume knob sounds really good and in the future when I put the Jumpers in I can control the input volume so I don't blow up my headphones or my hearing.
