upgrade to UM2: PK1 or HD25-1?

Hello,
I have a pair of UM2 but want something more detailed and better comfort. I'm looking at PK1 and HD25-1 at the moment. Can the users comment on if either of them will be an upgrade to my UM2? The source is Ipod line out + pa2v2 amp.

i'm not familiar with pa2v2 amp so i'm not clear what they add up to.be careful with PK1,amped improperly,pk1 can give you quite annoying listening experience.

From my experience, the HD25-I aren't an upgrade in sound quality from the UM2s. I haven't tried PK1s, as I don't like to subject myself to the torture devices that are earbuds.

Also, I don't think there's anything that's an upgrade in comfort from the UM2. They're widely considered to be one of the most comfortable IEMs out there, and I'd consider them my most comfortable headphone (including my full size ones).

X2 that one. Although there are people outside the Bell curve who may find them uncomfortable. Do you think Mr Spock would be comfortable with them?
