Immensely enjoying both: Etys for travel and Orto for home. However the upgraditis is kiking in.
Personally I prefer the Ortos for "jucier", more spacous sound. I listen to classical 90% of the time. Is the next step - customs?
I would like to stay below $400 US. Thank you for your thoughts.

The Sony EX1000+ZO are highely recommended, Westone 4 are also good upgrade over above IEMs.

I'll recommend the FAD A1. It will be like a combination of the ER4P and EQ7's strenghts. Basically "juicy" like the EQ7 and it's even more spacious. Yet, it is quite detailed, revealing and fast like the ER4P.

For classical music you will not find anything better then e-Q7
A1 does not stay any where near the quality of e-Q7
Perhaps SB is a bit superior to e-q7 but not A1

I disagree, i think the A1 is even superior to the SB in resolution and detail. The SB is a competent IEM, but far overpriced and unpractical. The build-quality is better on the EQ7 than the A1, but not the sound quality. To be fair, I think they're all very close in technical performance but I'll say that A1>SB>EQ7 in pure performance.
