Hello,

I want to upgrade my current 'accessories', Sennheiser HD471 and Fiio K1.
Currently they are used on a Dell laptop, with integrated audio board.

My budget is about 250-350 euros for headphones and amp/external sound card.
I was thinking of over the head cans with closed back, since they will be used at my work office.

For amp I found Fiio E10K at about 70 euros (new).

Any recommendations will be great, thanks :D

E10k is a great little combo unit and is a great starting place for people on a tight budget. Very small and fits in tight places easily. I enjoyed mine before I replaced it with the Schiit Stack

The FiiO K1 and FiiO E10K both use the same DAC chip.
The E10K does have a more powerful headphone amplifier (and extra features that I'm guessing you have no need for).

My two cents, spend most of your 250-350 Euros budget for headphones.
Sell off the HD471 & K1.
Then see how much your willing to budget for a DAC/amp or sound card.

If you have no real need for sound card features (like headphone surround sound).
Then buy a USB DAC/amp, maybe the FiiO Q1 MK II or Schiit Fulla 2 (both $100).
