There used to be a pretty obvious link at the top of the page, it seems to have disappeared but you can still get there through your user control panel. Have a look at the bottom of the page at "Miscellaneous" and specifically click "Paid Subscriptions". That should take you here - http://www.head-fi.org/forums/payments.php.
