May I ask if there is any upgrade plan to V3+ for existing Mason V3 users?
We are not planning to have the upgrade plan period. However, we do offer special discounts and/or gifts to Mason V3 owners who are interested in V3+ series.

We just unboxed and did our first listen to the Mason V3+ in a custom format. Quite a difference from the original V3 for me.

Two announcements:
1. Package Changes Announcement: Due to the stock-out of raw material, our previous carrying case supplier will no longer supply us titanium carrying case for V3 and V3+ series. Current stocks can only fulfill the orders in the current production line. The replacement leather carrying cases are made by the Korean company Dignis, the outside packages are replaced accordingly (shown below).

We are very sorry about the inconvenience to all potential V3 and V3+ customers.

2. Chinese New Year Holiday Announcement: We are going to have a Chinese New Year Holiday break from January 19th to January 31st. All the orders placed before January 6th will be fulfilled and shipped out before January 18th. All the orders placed after January 6th will be fulfilled and shipped out from February 1st. For customers who need to ship your headphones back to us for return/ repair/ maintenance, please take good care of your shipping arrangement to avoid missing packages. We will be back in business on February 1st.

Although the original Titanium case was very classy, I think these are the best leather cases I've seen for IEM's!
Stunning, and uniquely 'UM' :)

Will you guys be at canjam and accept a reshell order for re1000?
We will be at CanJam that's for sure. But we no longer reshell headphones from other brands.
