Ah! You will love it..... I put it on my desktop with 1% gold cable and it is blistering.... Can play live music at near pain threshold levels, and it is crystal clear and solid....magnificent....not that I recommend doing that, just do it to see quality.....

Yes, I agree.... the 3d holographic sound stage is 'etched'... very wonderfull... the is a 'sculpted' qulaity to it.... plus excellent layering.... its phenomenal, best thing I ever heard,,,, feel I like it better than MEST, even,,,,

in all honesty the Odin is in quite a bit better in all areas as the price tag would suggest.

However it doesnt alter the fact that the 3DT is a quality iem, and if i am going out of the house I will reach for the 3DTs every time.

it's always a case of diminishing returns, yes Odin is better but not to the order of magnitude that their respective prices would suggest.

Have Dunu DUW 02 cable on the way. Given the difficulties I’ve had with properly fitting cables re 3DT I’m not expecting much but a fine cable to have anyways.
Which begs the question—which aftermarket cables do set flush with 3DT? With the caveat ~$100 or less price bracket?

You guys are making me fall in love with the 3DT.

the UM Miracle was my darling IEM for so many years and if the 3DT gives better performance then they will win my heart.
@ SteveKiwi, Would you please compare the 3DT to the IT07? A few people consider the latter a TOTL at below the $1000 bracket.
If the 3DT happens to throw punches with the IT07 that would be the final push for my purchase.

Yes, I am listening to my custom Valkyries, and while I love them, they are 4 X's the price of the 3dt, but they are no where near 4 X's the quality...
