2 ear buds work on it... but these IEM's won't... they work with everything else though .... anyone got any clue?

what do you mean "won't work?" They cut in and out, don't generate any sound at all, have weird echoey/frequency response issues? We'll need more information.

I only hear sound out of the left ear, If I push on them (in) the work perfectly.. but I would need to hold

So when your using the UM1's the sound cuts out unless you push them in? Are you using foamies? Because if they are the wrong size/aren't inserted correctly they can actually cut off all sound completely.

So what you are saying is that the plug doesn't go in deep enough to make connection with right channel.
I'm not familiar with UM1 plug , but it seems like you don't have a perfect fit.
Maybe some excess rubber/plastic in the connector or is the plug just too big to fit?

Does the plug push into the socket all the way?

Try cleaning the male plug with rubbing alcohol.
