I would like to buy some IEM but i am realy a noob in earphones products because i have never used any..
The fact i am getting some, is because they provide better isolation and people wont look a me like an alien when i have my hd25 on ears

Some people suggest to me the mylarone x3 (with other tips) which are very cheap it is true,
but what do you think about some UM1 or some er6i or UE-SF 3 or shure's

I listen to rock, indie, electro/house, hip-hop, jazz/funk

UE SF3 for hip hop and house are misunderstanding.
UM1 are very good for rock and hip hop
On other side X3 have dynamic driver so they have much more powerful bass.
If I were you, I'd buy UM1s
What is more, X3s provide less isolation. UM1s have also more stealth look

X2 for the UM1's. IMHO i find that bass response on the UM1 to be quite powerful and boomy so it will sacrifice some clarity for rock but, all in all, it's a great IEM. Plus you won't look like frankenstein with the sf3

Are the UM1 solid ?

I would get UM2's used if you can, IF you don't have the extra cash for new. I've heard the difference between UM1s and UM2s.....I would ALWAYS get UM2s. It's one of those times where I think the price differential is pretty close to sound difference.

For the music types you listen to, which is pretty much exactly what I listen to, these OWN other IEMs. Although, I haven't heard the UM3s....

I highly recommend the Atrio M5. IMO they beat out the UM2 in most aspects and you can get them for around $140 on ebay. They do look a bit funny compared to more stealthy IEMs like the UM2

I work in an office with a number of people that generally think earphones are only for school kids. I wear UM1s and I really like them.
Stealth: I can wear my UM1s without too many raised eyebrows.
Isolation: I can be in my own world isolated from the majority of the useless banter in the hallway.
Comfort: They are comfortable for a full work day with the foamies.
Sound quality: I don't really know. They're all I have except useless buds.

The UM2s (and hopefully the long awaited 3s) probably fit this description as well, with better SQ.
I'd go with either UM1s or used UM2s like oicdn said - whatever gets you into a good IEM sooner than later.
Have Fun!

Not with hip-hop and electronic music. They're good for most everything else though.

I have the x3, the um1 and the sf3.
The um1 has the best comfort, cable, seal and looks but lose out to the other 2 in SQ. Poor treble extension, congested soundstage.
x3 has an engaging and exciting sound, dirt cheap, but is cheaply made and tips switching to match your ears is a must. There are many more colors available now.
sf3 has my favorite SQ. Engaging like the x3, but more refined and open. The best build quality, but the nice cable doesn't work as well as the um1's. The worst fit among these 3, keeps popping out and losing seal. I'm still experimenting with different tips. The sticking out look isn't my cuppa tea either.
I find myself using the x3 most when out and about, then the sf3 when I don't mind adjusting the fit now and then and the um1 on long trips for the flatter fit and comfort.

Thank you for your oppinion, i think i am going for the x3 with foamies which i like.
I dont like the sf3 and people arent that happy with the um1..
For 57$ shipped i'm not taking any risk so ill try, i would have gone with the atrio m5 but shipped they would of cost me 180$...

Good choice on the X3. You might want to treat it gently though.

You should probably email David (who handles online orders), not Wilson. Wilson sometimes apparently takes very long to reply to emails.
