i understand that the pro 550 and the dj 1 pros are the same headphones in terms of sound.... what are the differences? sound? physical?

The color scheme is different. Personally, I prefer the colours of the Pro 550.
 
Unfortunately, I can't really recommend the headphones as I find them a bit harsh to my ears when amped.

oh man i am in a jam lol..... ive got about 240 in gift card on amazon.... and i have no idea what to do........ i want some full size bass heavy can with like an e11 or if its cheap enough an e07k... what do i do??!!!!!!!!!!

I've got the DJ1 Pro. I don't think that they are particularly bass heavy though. They have a bit of kick here and there but it feels balanced out by the treble, or perhaps there's even too much treble.
