Anyone here try one of these or the Proline 750 model?
I listened to the Proline 650 at guitar center-seemed to lack in bass.
To be fair, it was brand new and should improve with break in.
I did see some comments on the Hifi 650.

I tried it and I say stick with your akg k240s/hd590! No really, they're better than the lighthouse bright proline 2500. If you want a similar can to your k240s/Senn hd590, but better overall, go for a sennheiser hd595. If you want to spend less and can wait, I've just bought a hd485 that should be coming soon, and after a few days I'll do a mini-review on it versus the 595 and k240s.

Pends what you're doing: if you're mixing music, the proline 750's bring out more detail than the akg k240's. I find the k240's solid, but almost muddy by comparison.

That's with the phones coming out of either a mixer or a headphone amp. best thing tho is try 'em side by side.
