Ultrasone pro 900, can the treble be EQ'ed? Burn time?

I am hearing rants about the ultrasone pro 900 having a sharp spike of treble or something similar like that. Can an EQ do any good for it?

Yes, they have two high frequency spikes that should be tamed. Also, they really benefit from some burn in time, with some people claiming 400 hours being required while I found that they started to settle between 60 to 80 hours in. And using a slightly warm amp does help as well.
