ultrasone edition 8 or Denon 7100

Hi all

I've been offered the ultrasone Edition 8 for a good price and was wondering if anyone has heard both headphones and can offer advise. I currently got the Denon and wondered if it's worth getting the Ultrasone and selling the Denon?
