Does anyone have any experience purchasing from Earphone Solutions? I am about to purchase a set of Ultimate Ears Super.fi 5 Pro's for 169.99 delivered, but wanted to see if anyone else has had any experience with them.

Earphonesolutions is a very good vendor. They replied to my email on a Sunday. They have a very professional support staff on their toll free line.

I would not hesitate to buy from them again

I've only ordered a shure fit kit from them, but it came really fast. Buying anything from them should be good.

I stopped into the office earlier today and my Super.fi 5 Pro's were waiting there for me!

Having listen to them (through my Ipod Video) for a few hours know, I have to say I am very pleased. Already made the cable mod.

I was toying with the idea of the 5eb, but am SOooo glad I didn't pull the trigger on that!

Back to my original post, Earphone Solutions really came through with flying colors!!!

I am glad to hear that you like them. I still use my Super.fi 5Pros instead of my Shure SE530s pretty often, because the Ultimate Ears 'phones are just soo darn musical.

Actually, I am still deciding, which one of the two IEMs I am going to keep...

There is a lot of discusion about the badly recessed midrange on the Triple Fi Pro but I am not sure I have ever heard that complaint with Super Fi's, (if I read the chart correctly) the midrange drops off at the exact same point? Interesting.....I suppose some feel that the Super Fi might actually be the better balanced of the two.

I second that... I had a pair of Super.fi 5 pro's, which got RMA'd twice (both 1st versions). The third time I took the opportunity to get the Triple.Fi's. Although the highs are a lot sweeter and the bass has an that added quality, I still feel that the 5 Pro's were a lot more 'fun'!

I'm in the UK and I've ordered from them 3 times so far. No problems at all and the goods normally arrive within 7 days.

Customer service has been very good for me with Earphone Solutions.

Can you describe what the bricks and mortar looked like and how they treated you when you went to visit them?

Was the place clean and did it look like a well run company from your perspective?
