None of the ones that come with the earphones fit me well.  Not sure what to do right now besides sending the earphones back to Amazon.  Anyone know if there are any 3rd parties that may sell smaller ones?

Try going onto ebay and typing in "ultimate ears replacement tips." There will be other 5.5mm tips as well, including sennheiser and some OEM tips.
