If you never clean the gold icans they become horrifying from all the skin oil and lotion. I'd say gold icans used regularly for 2 years without any attempt at cleaning would make it scarier looking than any skullcandies.

I think those look pretty good; those pads look fluffy and the aluminium finish is sleek. Those thriller headphones however... ouch!
