The highs produce way too much sibilance that its making my ears bleed(figuratively speaking).  Anybody know if it is possible sibilance will die down with burn in?  Although I'm really not sure I believe in burn-ins, but so far with my subjective experience, psychologically I feel that there is indeed change in sound after a period of time listening.  Maybe burn-in?

I doubt you'll find the sibilance going away with burn in.  You might try taming the HF response a bit with the Comply tips.
