can you also do these with the triple fi's

Ultimate Ears - super.fi MOD

also I prefer a not to bass sound thanks

Yes, you can.

If you don't want a bassy sound that I'd say go with the triple.fi's. They have plenty of bass and it goes very deep, but its not forward or in your face.

is there a significant difference in sound from the super fi compared to the triple fi?

To me, the triple.fi is like a fun, yet analytical 'phone, where as the 530 did not sound "right." It sounded too dark and just...boring.

For me, the iBuds were more balanced in their sound than the super.fi was: de-tuned mids (which is basically every sound), muffled/veiled vocals, undefined bass...the KSC75 was better than it.

But the triple.fi...wow, now that is a whole new field.

they are certainly a step up. Its a similar sound but fuller, deeper and more detailed. The midrange is given more room to breathe too.

Its definitely worth the difference in price.
