That's not a bad deal. The only UEs I've heard are the Super-Fi 3s, so I'm not qualified to say a damned thing about the TF-10s, save for the fact that I have no doubts about their quality. I recently picked up some SE530s for $305 shipped, and after owning the rest of the Shure line (save for the E1s and E5s), I can say that these beasts easily decimate both every other headphone in the Shure line-up as well as my own expectations for them. If you're interested in the Shures at all, I'd be happy to answer any questions you have about them. If not, I don't doubt that you'd be extremely happy with the TF-10s.

If you want the UE Triple.fi 10 Pro, but you're not a fan of the metallic blue color, the M-AUDIO IE-40 is a rebranded version of it in black and chrome.

You can find them new on eBay for around $320 shipped.
