No one ever mentions them here. Does anyone own a pair? How do they sound?

Oh, and don't the specs of the TF10 resemble more those of the UE7 than those of the UE10? I hear everyone say that the TF10 is a universal fit UE10.

filipelli has a pair of UE5 and a pair of Livewires, and likes both for different reasons. She says the UE5 are warm with lots of bass, and the Livewires are more detailed and analytical (as close to her words as I can recall).

I have the Livewires like she does, and I think they sound like my APS re-cabled Grado RS-2 and RS-1, which is great. I can't comment on the UE5 though.

Spec doesn't tell you how a headphone will sound. Headphone with the same spec can sound very different from each other.

that reason being there are more affordable options for 2 speakers customs out there but not to many with three or four armatures so thats why people often go for the ue-10 or ue-11
