I can sympathise as my impressions have been at UE for a week. Still another week before my UE-10 Pro are dispatched. I'd rather wait 2 weeks and get the perfect pair for my ears though.
I had to ship them back to UE because there was a rather significant accumulation of ear wax deposits in all of the bores. I thought it prudent to have UE clean them and they did so superbly. They even readjusted the double bore openings by making the seal tighter so that any ear wax deposits do not accumulate throughout the edges of the bore openings; therefore, I cannot use the wax loop tool to "mess up" the lining around both double bores like I did so previously. That was a very smart decision by UE.
