Given these TOTL Tube headamps are very hard to obtain what other tube amps would have a similar level of performance for dynamic and maybe also planar headphones?

Thx.

Headphones commonly quoted next to DNA Stellaris are (in no particular order)
  • Woo Audio WA-234 Mono - SET 300B
  • Woo Audio WA33 Elite Edition - Push Pull 2A3
  • Riviera AIC-10 or AFC-10 - hybrid tube/mosfet/BJT
  • Viva Egoista 845 - SET 845

Also include Trafomatic Primavera, GLENN builds although he seems under it, 1101, ECP can build custom pentode, triode amplifiers, Apex has great tube amps. Peter Millet has wonderful tube designs period. Auris Audio and tons more.

It kind of depends what you're looking for all-around in drive, sound, flexibility, maintenance, costs, and so on.

The best tube amps I've heard with dynamic design are the Primavera hands down and the Studio T. I also really liked the Nirvana with Susvara which was quite surprising.

To add to the list:
Auris Nirvana
Auris Headonia 2A3
Octave V16SE
Cayin Ha300
Audion 300B Silver night
Ampandsound Bigger Ben
Ampandsound Nautilus

to lesser extend also:
Woo Wa 5 LE
Woo Wa 22
Cayin Ha-6a
McIntosh MHA200

Or an integrated amp option:
Primaluna Evo 300

Feliks Audio is also currently working on a 300B ToTL amp, but yeah that's not available yet
