Truthear Impressions/Discussion

I know. Johnny-come-lately.

I am curious where one can buy the discontinued HOLA, if someone has
An extra one ( or a used one ) to sell, please PM me.

At its price point, I can see myself getting sucked into what may well be
The IEM black hole.

Any outlets with NOS HOLA, please HOLA!
The GATE ain't bad. Truthear Red and NOVA are even more interesting, if you sink into the rabbit hole. :beerchug:

I wish for a Nova Red edition, with the Nova shell and the Red tuning. It would be a total "shut up and take my money" release.

Truthear, are you listening? :relaxed:

I had the Nova and sold them due to them not being the most comfortable. Ended up picking up the Supermix 4, and the early impressions were great. The more I listened to them though, something seemed... off. Treble maybe? The bass was more exciting, but the way everything mixed didn't quite sit right with me. Confirmed that by picking up the Novas again, and after tip rolling have settled on a much more comfortable fit and not using the stock cable, which I'm not a huge fan of. I'll also be testing the Novas against some others (Aful Performer 5, Aful Explorer, and Kiwi Ears Orchesta Lite) but IMO they are just an excellent harman tuned IEM that really nails an accurate and clean tonality for frequencies across the board.

The synergy of Crinnacle zero Red with Xduoo link 2 bal is outstanding, you gotta let it play at first or even not it’s good to hear how the sound changes. Made me leave my kilobuck Endgame iem in the box lol and still listening to that combo xd

In the mood right now of saying goodbye to ya all xd and leave out the hobby Xd Due to the fact that my kilobuck Endgame is on the table and can wipe out the floor with any other iem - well imho of course- And found out the perfect dongle/amp Xduoo link2bal after 5 years lately when I had been running down the rabbit hole I reached my Endgame and saved my wallet- I’m done and happy with it, been a long journey and I’m tired time to get a rest xd

I had Red, Blue, Hexa, and Nova. Only one I kept is Red. Still have it.
Totally agree, have some kilobuck Iems in my collection but still listening to music on Red , they have something magical

Bought and sold the Nova, kept the Red. Nova is way too bright IMO. Red is just perfect soundwise. I wish only the Red came in the Nova's chassis for better comfort but that is minor.

Loving me some Red, they are currently my daily driver despite owning a Totl set Craft Ears Omnium. Red are a little piece of gem in this iem world
