I have had links (see list) to the Van Alstine and Joe Curcio troubleshooting guides but just today added this one (I also modified the links section to have a "troubleshooting" section) :

Where the Tweak Shop chart differs is it is a totally online version and not a version for download and instead of a single system representation each section is broken down into addtional pages until hopefully at the end you have solved whatever the problem is.
I think it useful and my thought is others will too.
