Seems that most common triple flange tips are for shure/etymotic earphones with a smaller diameter.

Does a good alternative exists for larger diameters?
is there a mod for shure/etymotic triple flange tips to fit on larger diameter IEM's?

thanks,

joker, do the monster tips isolate well? I'm looking for really isolating tips for my RE0 so I don't have to buy another IEM. I'm interested in those foam/hybrid monster supertips but I can't find them anywhere...

The foam hybrids are not for sale currently but they are quite nice however. I think Monster is going to have them for sale eventually. The triple flange tips in the link joker posted works quite nice however on my CK10.

Like I said, the monster triples are pretty long, so it depends on the ear. IMO they work best for shallow-insertion IEMs as deep-insertion earphones 'bottom out' in my ears with these tips. If your ear is deep enough they should isolate plenty
